Let us know within 48 hours of the flowers being handed over at your venue.

Replacement or up to 80% refund
If the issue is our fault (flowers not fresh, wrong design or colours), we'll replace 1-for-1 or refund up to 80% of the order value.

50% deposit
A 50% deposit confirms your design. The balance is paid after the flowers are delivered and approved on site.

Real photos before delivery
Our florists send you photos of the finished arrangements for approval 1 hour before they leave for the venue.

1-on-1 consultation
Every wedding or event gets a dedicated florist who works with you from choosing designs right through to the big day.

Call our hotline or message us on Zalo. We'll ask about your concept, date, budget and venue.

Site visit & moodboard
Your florist sends a moodboard, reference designs and a colour palette, and together we settle on a style.

Quote & contract
A detailed quote for each item. A 50% deposit confirms the order and secures your date.

Arranging & photo approval
Fresh flowers are brought in on the morning of the event, and we send you real photos for approval 1 hour before delivery.
- 05
Delivery & sign-off
We deliver and set up at your venue, walk through it with you, then settle the balance and wrap up.
